It is the fastest Growing Pentecostal Church in Africa.Found on the 12th of May 1960,ZAOGA FIFMI recently celebrated its 59th Anniversary of Existence and the changing of lives through the preaching of nothing else besides the undiluted Gospel of Jesus which saves all people regardless of their ethnicity, Complexion, Culture, Gender, Background or any other classification you may think of.Each and every year ZAOGA FIFMI celebrates its anniversary on the second weekend of May. It is also the same weekend the church normally *celebrates* the Birthday of the Founder who is Apostle EH Guti.Apostle Ezekiel Handinawangu Guti is the Founder of ZAOGA FIFMI and He is married to his only one wife Apostle Eunor Guti.
He was born and raised in Ngaone, a place that is found in the town of Chipinge in Manicaland Province – Zimbabwe.Zaoga was started under a gumtree in a Town called Bindura in Zimbabwe.
We hear from the book of History that God showed himself up at that Gumtree. The sick could be seen healed, the lame could walk, the deaf were healed these all confirm that indeed this ministry was found on the foundation laid by The Apostles of Jesus.We hear from History that in the Year 1969 the true seed of ZAOGA FIFMI reached the Nation of Mozambique.
And the seed kept on Growing that in the year 1975 Apostle EH Guti went to officially lay the foundation in the Nation of Mozambique after the new government had come into power.
He made such a special trip like this again in the year 1993.
We hear that along the way while in Mozambique, He could stop at each and every station where Zaoga is found.
He greeted the saints who were already waiting for him and he strengthened them.In the book of History we hear that while at Beira, He worked with local Leadership reorganising the work and strengthening the foundations. He also liberated the women to preach the word of God.
It is said, God was indeed there through the demonstration of power as many were delivered and set free.As you continue to read this Article, it is very important to note that Zaoga FIFMI is well known in Mozambique as ADA – ASSEMBLIA DE DEUS (AFRICANA).
Like ZAOGA FIFMI at large, ADA has diversities of Ministries ie Youth, Go Quickly, Men of Integrity, Single Ladies, Child Evangelism among other Ministries.
These Ministries are there to reach different or many people so that the word of God may be preached to all people and ultimately be saved from this world.Below is a brief detailed Information about Zaoga FIFMI in Mozambique 🇲🇿 as of November 2019. ….Mozambique has got 10 big provinces ( per government administration) because of its wilderness,, normally the country is divided into 3 parts,,, the Northern , Central and Southern regions,,,, Mozambique carries with it more than 35 races that’s above 40 local languages,,Coming to our ADA – ZAOGA, the seed has spread rapidly covering all regions (and still is).
ADA has its own Archbishop in Archbishop Simao,God is indeed great Hallelujah.
The Nation has over 15 Bishops.
With a staggering number of Pastors sitting at above 400,woow.
It is very important to also note that Mozambique – ADA has two functional AMFCC Bible Schools where Pastors are trained.ADA Headquarters is as usual placed in the capital city (the northern part)
It is believed that Baba Guti-The Founder came to Mozambique-Beira (the second largest City) in early 1969 he preached and planted the seed of FIFMI.
In that same year, It is also believed that after planting the seed, Apostle EH Guti later sent one of his sons from Zimbabwe (Archbishop Matthew Luis Simão)Am not so familiar with his Biography, would have loved to share some more details about his walk with Christ in Zaoga.
However, I know that he is from Mozambique (Indigenous) A true custodian of the ZAOGA FIFMI Vision in the Nation of Mozambique.
Under his leadership, ADA has grown so much that ZAOGA FIFMI – Mozambique is a force to reckon with. It is no longer a small church.It is also important for me to share that over the years Archbishop Simão went through persecution and torment.
